The FLOTUS: New hairstyle and her 2013 inauguration outfits
Barack Obama was sworn in as President on January 20th, 2013 for his second Presidential term. First Lady, Michelle Obama, rocked her new bangs and a royal blue dress with a cardigan designed by Reed Krakoff. Malia matched her daddy’s blue suit in a cute dress. The youngest daughter, Sasha, wore a pretty in pink lace dress with a wide, gold high-waisted belt and matching gold shoes.
This morning for the 2013 Inauguration, Michelle wore a checked coat by Thom Browne made of ‘silk jacquard on a necktie fabric.’ Her necklace is by Cathy Waterman and underneath her stunning coat she is wearing a Thom Browne dress paired with a Reed Krakoff cardigan.
Mrs. Obama is a fan of Krakoff’s designs; she had previously worn a jacket and gown by him. Krakoff is the president and executive at Coach which Mrs. Obama has been seen carrying. She has been spotted wearing Thom Browne at the third presidential debate in 2012.
We can’t forget to mention the First Lady’s new do which has sparked online chatter since its appearance last Thursday in a snapshot taken at the White House. Her blunt bangs are a great statement for her next four years as the FLOTUS.
